Why your boss gets paid more?

Its simple eh, just a concept why boss not doing anything and you and your team does everything but still boss gets paid a lot more than the team!!! WHY?

There is a theory which isnt simple but its still valid...'tournament theory'...We as human beings love to compete...and at work place if we take it as a league tournament, then bosses seat is our Cup...to reach to that stage we play our hardest and that's all the companies want from the employees, to play with their best ...thus to get the cup we play the best and companies fullfill their desire of making the team work better...

We always use to think because he has to manage the employees and breaks his brains and that's why boss is paid more...ha ha...they manage ya rite...
