Driving Test
What is police doing around here? how are they testing people and their driving?
I have sat with some brilliant young drivers who are driving better than some very experienced drivers but have failed their driving tests 5 or 6 times...why? because there was a big bus coming up and they over took very soon and no one got injured and no brakes were pressed, but they were very soon to overtake...or while changing gear, the vehicle jerked...or they didnt maintain their speed on the road drove faster or slower...
are those realy good reasons to fail?

They should implement a system of points. Nobody's driving is perfect. Nobody would make no single mistake while driving in his whole life, even the policeman himself. So why be that strict and fail people for the silliest mistakes?
I say if it was a silly mistake, report it but don't fail the person just because of that silly mistake. If the person exceeds a certain limit, fail him/her. But no need for expecting everybody to drive PERFECTLY.
